1. Candidates should be qualify CA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or MBA in Finance from a recognized university/ institution.
2. Should have one year experience works in banks or Financial Institutions. 
3. Applicants age limit must be between 21 years to 32 years.

Application fee:

SC/ST/PWD candidates require to pay application fee Rs.20/- and others candidates have to pay Rs.100/-through CBS at any of the Branches of Paschim Banga Gramin Bank, by means of a Payment challan available in the Bank’s website.

Selection Process:

The selection process will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in September & October 2013 and Personal Interview. The Interview will be held at the Head Office, Paschim Banga Gramin Bank, Howrah.
